Data we process: this site has no forms, so it collects nothing you type into the website. Only data generated technically when serving the page is processed, such as the IP address logged by our hosting provider. If you write to our contact email, we process the data you choose to include in your message.

Purpose and legal basis: to provide and protect the web service itself, on the basis of the legitimate interest in its operation and security; and to handle the communication you initiate by email, on the basis of your consent.

Processors: site hosting is provided by Vercel. Data is not shared with third parties for other purposes.

Retention: we will keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and thereafter for any legally required periods.

Cookies and tracking: this site uses no cookies, no local storage, and no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. There is nothing to consent to, which is why we do not show you a cookie notice. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your visit generates no requests to third parties.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@urbanode.io. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
